4. Google User Data & OAuth Compliance

Because we use Google APIs / allow Google sign-in, we abide by Google's policies:

  • Our Privacy Policy is publicly available, hosted on our own verified domain, and linked from our home page and consent screens.
  • We disclose what Google user data we access, how we store it, how we use it, and with whom we share it.
  • We only use Google user data for the purposes disclosed in this policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide you the Services you have requested
  • Comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

When personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

8. SMS & Text Messaging Communications

If you choose to provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS (text message) communications from Balance Life Design, we may send you transactional and engagement-related messages, including:

  • Account alerts
  • Service-related notifications

SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies depending on your preferences and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us at ben@balancelifedesign.com.

We use service providers such as Twilio to deliver text messages. These providers process phone numbers and messaging data on our behalf in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

9. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, no system can guarantee absolute security and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, stored at and processed in a location other than your home country. By using our Services you consent to such transfer.

11. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
